It’s an epic, palatial Malibu compound that may look familiar to fans of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
That’s because the likes of Kim, Kourtney, Khloé, Kylie, Kris and even their camera-shy brother Rob, have all been spending their summer days at this seven-bedroom, ten-bath mansion, currently on the real estate market in Los Angeles for an eye-watering $120,000,000.
On Wednesday, Kourtney Kardashian posted a stunning swimsuit snap of herself at the home, posing on the stairs that lead down to the gorgeous Paradise Cove beach, captioning the photo: ‘Hi beach.’
Good enough for Kim: This epic, palatial seven-bedroom home in Malibu is where the Kardashians have been spending their summer and is currently on the market for a staggering $120 million
The pad is owned by socialite Diana Jenkins – a close friend of Kim Kardashian West and her family – who appears to have given the reality stars carte blanche on enjoying the property whenever they so wish.
Kim’s children – including daughter Chicago West – have been pictured spending their summer days at the location this month.
Bosnia-born entrepreneur and philanthropist Diana, 47, reportedly snapped up the property in 2005 for $21 million, which is located in Malibu’s Paradise Cove, and was previously owned by media mogul Barry Diller, and also by the late country star Kenny Rogers.
Since the time Diana purchased the home, house prices in Malibu have risen astronomically, hence the hefty price tag.

A similar-sized property next door was recently purchased by WhatsApp tycoon Jan Koum, who is said to have paid $100 million in cash, so Diana’s pricing doesn’t seem too unrealistic.
Rob Kardashian, 33, has been particularly taken with the luxurious lodgings this summer, posting a number of pics to his Instagram account recently.
Earlier this month, he shared a stunning picture of the gardens with the caption: ‘I’m blinded by your grace, by your grace.’
It’s not hard to see why the luxe-loving reality star family have been choosing to spend their summer in the designer digs.

The master suite – which of course boast a stunning view of the Pacific ocean – has luxury amenities including dual baths and dressing rooms.

Diana was once married to Roger ‘Big Dog’ Jenkins, a British banker who reportedly made more than $100 million in 2005 alone, ranking him as the highest earner at Barclay’s bank.
Following their divorce, Diana got into the energy drink business launching her product Neuro, which has been endorsed by her pal Kim – perhaps in return for a stay at her home.
Diana is said to be eager to return Bosnia where her parents still live, according to recent reports, leaving the glitz and glamour of Malibu behind her.
Until it’s sold, it seems the Kardashian family are free to make full use of the property, as Kourtney appeared to be enjoying a stay there just this week.
