NRL star Tom Burgess and fiancée Tahlia Giumelli have sold their Sydney penthouse for a cool $1.55million.
According to The Daily Telegraph, the pair made a tidy profit on the Little Bay pad, with it selling for $100,000 over the original asking price.
The Rabbitohs player, 27, snapped up the new apartment back in 2015, with it featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms and large balconies.

The spacious property has high ceilings and wooden floors, and a large dining and entertainment area.

The listing claims it is in ‘near new condition’, with ‘the finest quality fixtures and most contemporary of finishes.’

According to the publication, Tom also secured a buyer for another investment property in the Little Bay apartment complex last month for $992,500.
Tom’s twin brother George, who has moved back to the UK with wife Joanna and their three kids to play for Wigan Warriors, offloaded his $1.35million investment in the same block last December.
Tom also bought a Coogee apartment for about $1.3 million in 2016.

NRL superstars Sam, Luke, Tom and George Burgess moved to Australia to play Rugby League at the personal bequest of Oscar-winner Russell Crowe, who is the co-owner of the South Sydney Rabbitohs.
Moving to Australia from England in 2012, Tom soon joined his three rugby-playing brothers on the Sydney team in 2013.
This year, Tom will be the only brother to play for the Rabbitohs in the premiership story, as Sam has retired.
