Cody Simpson hints at baby news with girlfriend Miley Cyrus – and reveals why he wants to raise his children in Australia rather than LA
Cody Simpson has hinted he’s ready to start a family with girlfriend Miley Cyrus.
Speaking to The Sunday Telegraph this week, the 23-year-old explained that he ‘absolutely’ plans to raise a family in his native Australia, rather than his current base in Los Angeles.
‘I would like to return back in Australia for sure,’ he said.

‘I miss Australia a lot. I would like to come back more. I will always have a home base in LA, but Australia will always be Number 1,’ he added.
‘LA makes a lot of sense for me for work but I will always be an Aussie.’
When asked whether he would like to raise his family in Australia, Cody boldly said ‘Absolutely, yes’.

The Gold-Coast born singer has been hard at work lately, sharing a series of photos of himself in the recording studio this week.
On Thursday, he captioned one Instagram post: ‘I love my job. Prince Neptune, Poet book coming April 7, new music to coincide.’
In the comments section, fans expressed their excitement at the prospect of Cody releasing new music soon.

Meanwhile, Miley cheekily commented on the post: ‘Where’s the screenshot of me flashing my boobies while you record?’
The Tennessee-born singer added: ‘Tip: smiling when you sing helps pitch by brightening the sound! You’re welcome for all the above!’
Miley and Cody’s relationship has gone from strength to strength since they were first seen together in Los Angeles in October.
