After touring wedding venues throughout Italy and finalizing plans on an October ceremony in Rome, Vanderpump Rules’ star Stassi Schroeder may need to find a new place to say, ‘I do.’
As the global coronavirus outbreak shows no sign of slowing down, Schroeder’s co-star Tom Schwartz, 37, revealed the reality star and her fiancé Beau Clark’s Italian venue ‘could change any day.’
When asked specifically if the rampant virus has already put a snag on the 31-year-old’s big day, Schwartz told Us Weekly, ‘I mean, as of right now, it seems like it’s going to happen, but you know, it’s obviously a long way til then.’

The Vanderpump Rules star added: ‘As of now, they’re so excited. They’re still gushing, but it’s on their radar. They’re well aware of what’s going on.’
This week, it was confirmed Italy has had by far the largest outbreak outside of Asia, with 1,694 infected in the country on Monday.
Ministers in Rome have taken drastic measures to fight the epidemic, including scrapping public events and erecting police checkpoints around the 11 contaminated towns.

As the virus has affected over 87,000 worldwide, the news is undoubtedly devastating to Schroeder, who previously hoped for a smooth path down the aisle.
‘Beau and I agreed on, right when we got engaged, that we don’t want to sweat at our wedding,’ she said on her podcast Basically Stassi in November about her overseas ceremony. ‘We are not going to sweat, no one at my wedding is going to sweat.’

When the the topic about signing ‘a prenup on wedding day’ came up on the board, the TV personality was quick to answer.
‘We are … ya,’ she said nonchalantly and left barely any room for Andy to further pry.
The blonde beauty also revealed to US Weekly that she had more than just prenups on the brain when she started trying for a baby with Beau before their engagement.
‘I was like, ‘Listen, if he’s not going to propose, I’m going to take matters into my own hands.’ I was seriously hoping to be pregnant because that is so much more important to me than even getting married.

‘I just cannot wait to be a mom. And then once I actually did become engaged, I’m like, ‘Well, I can’t be pregnant at my wedding.’ Like, I have to be able to get s**t-faced.’
Stassi became engaged to the casting agent last July, who proposed in a graveyard.
In addition to everything involved with their pending nuptials, the pair added another massive project to their list with the purchase of a home in the Hollywood Hills.
