Daniel Craig is joined by The Weeknd as he puts James Bond spin on promos for SNL hosting gig

Daniel Craig’s new James Bond movie No Time to Die may have been pushed from early April to late November, but that isn’t stopping Craig from hosting Saturday Night Live, with a new promo debuting on Thursday.

Craig was announced to host SNL in early February, when his new 007 film No Time To Die was originally slated for release on April 8.

While the film will now hit theaters November 12, due to the worldwide Coronavirus outbreak, he’s still on board to host SNL on Saturday, March 7.

The promo features Craig flanked by musical guest The Weeknd and SNL cast member Cecily Strong.

Craig begins by saying, ‘Hi I’m Daniel Craig and I’m hosting SNL with The Weeknd,’ before Strong suggests saying it another way.

‘No, do it the Bond way like Strong, Cecily Strong,’ and he obliges, stating, ‘My name is Craig, Daniel Craig.’
