Florida Georgia Line’s Tyler Hubbard and wife Hayley Stommel are expecting third child after welcoming two kids in past three years: ‘Mommy and daddy are having another!’

Florida Georgia Line’s Tyler Hubbard and his wife Hayley Stommel are expecting their third child after welcoming their first two over the past three years.

Tyler, 33, and Hayley, 32, took to Instagram Thursday with a shot of their adorable kids – daughter Olivia, two, and son Luca, six months – writing, ‘Little brother, mommy and daddy are having another!’

He added, ‘We were as surprised as Liv was and as speechless as Luca,’ appending the hashtag, #3under2.

On her Instagram page, the Ketchum, Idaho-born beauty Hayley wrote, ‘When Luca finds out he’s not the baby anymore…Surprise, here comes Hubbard baby #3!!’

Luca was born last August in Nashville, weighing in at eight lbs., 11 oz. and measuring 20.5 inches long, with Hubbard praising his wife to People as ‘absolutely amazing throughout the whole labor. 

‘She was so patient, positive, and strong. She honestly made it look easy,’ he said. ”I feel so blessed to get to raise a family with such an incredible woman and amazing mother. She was meant for this and it’s so special to see.’

Hubbard also took to Instagram to shower more praise on his wife of four years, saying, ‘Words can’t describe the overwhelming emotions that I experienced last night as we witnessed the miracle of life.’

‘I couldn’t be more proud of my amazing wife @hayley_hubbard through this whole journey. She’s an absolute angel and meant to be a mother,’ he added. ‘I thank God for answering our prayers and bringing Luca into the world peacefully and smoothly. I didn’t think life could get any better but it just did.’ 

He went on to thank photographer Katie Kauss ‘for catching these moments’ and People ‘for telling our story.’

Hayley added that Luca, ‘looks a lot like Liv did as a newborn,’ while adding that they had hoped the baby would come before Tyler’s Thursday through Saturday Can’t Say I Ain’t Country tour dates with his bandmate Brian Kelly.

‘Our doula Lori said Tyler and I are too connected for Luca to not wait. The moment Tyler flew in from his last show of the weekend, the contractions started!’ Hayley said. ‘Tyler was so helpful in the birthing process from start to finish, and I’m so glad he made it home in time.’

The couple announced the name Luca at an event at their Nashville home in June, and she also explained why the child was named Luca.

‘Luca is a name we loved and it means “bringer of light,”‘ she said. ‘It also reminds us of Italy, which is one of our happy places!

‘Reed is Tyler’s middle name, and we wanted Luca to have a little piece of Tyler in his name,’ she added.
