Caitlyn Jenner arrives back in LA from overseas ahead of partial travel suspension amid coronavirus

Caitlyn Jenner was seen arriving back in Los Angeles after an international flight Wednesday, hours ahead of President Donald Trump announcing a 30-day suspension of travel between the U.S. and Europe, except for the U.K.

The Olympian, 70, donned a black V-neck long-sleeved sweater with blue jeans and off-white sneakers.

The I Am Cait star accessorized with brown cat eye sunglasses and had her brown locks parted and down as she made her way through the travel hub.

Caitlyn earlier this week filmed an episode of the BBC1 series All Round to Mrs Brown’s which will air on the network later this month. 

In a sequence from the filming, according to The Sun, she performed alongside Brendan O’Carroll, joking about a number of topics, including Caitlyn’s stepdaughter Kim Kardashian and her husband, Kanye West.

She was spotted hours before Trump made a televised statement from the Oval Office, saying that beginning 11:59 p.m. Friday, all U.S. travel to Europe, except for the United Kingdom.

The president said that ‘Americans who have undergone appropriate screenings’ would be candidates for exemptions, and that officials were on top of the situation in hopes of ending the travel suspension earlier.

While Caitlyn was once an avowed supporter of Trump’s, attending his inauguration in 2017, things soured following the president’s 2017 announcement he would move to ban transgender soldiers from the American military.

Jenner in 2018 told Newsweek that the president and his administration have ‘been the worst ever’ for the transgender issues, and have set the transgender ‘community back 20 years, easily.’

Jenner is now done talking politics, as she told The Hollywood Reporter earlier this month.

‘I don’t talk politics anymore,’ she said. ‘I tried the first couple of years [after my transition]. I went back to Washington to make some changes and, to be honest, I just got fed up. I don’t even want to get involved anymore.’
