Emma Roberts and boyfriend Garrett Hedlund makes a grocery run amid coronavirus pandemic

Emma Roberts stars in the controversial film The Hunt, which hits theaters Friday.

But the release of her latest movie is projected to come in well below box office expectations amid the coronavirus pandemic.

The actress prepared for a self-quarantine Friday in a preppy look as she made a grocery run at Lassens in Los Angeles with boyfriend Garrett Hedlund.

The 29-year-old donned a chunky cream sweater, layered over a red and white striped button-down shirt.

She finished the look with tortoiseshell sunglasses, slim jeans and a pair of red and white checkered Vans.

Hedlund, 35, donned a black jacket over a blue hoodie with a black baseball cap and black Ray-Ban clubmasters. 

Roberts stars as Yoga Pants in The Hunt, a thriller about 12 strangers who wake up in a mysterious rural clearing, where they’re hunted for sport.

The movie’s release was originally scheduled for last September, but it was pulled a month before.

The decision came a day after Donald Trump posted a series of tweets that appeared to be directed at the film.

It read: ‘Liberal Hollywood is Racist at the highest level, and with great Anger and Hate! They like to call themselves “Elite,” but they are not Elite. In fact, it is often the people that they so strongly oppose that are actually the Elite. 

‘The movie coming out is made in order to inflame and cause chaos. They create their own violence, and then try to blame others. They are the true Racists, and are very bad for our Country!’

The hunters in the movie have been referred to as ‘liberal elites’ while the hunted are dubbed ‘deplorables.’
