Eva Longoria recently took to Instagram Live to preach to her 7.7million followers that ‘now is a time to stay home’ amid the escalating coronavirus pandemic.
But the 45-year-old actress decided to take a break from quarantining on Saturday by embarking on a solo workout session around her Los Angeles neighborhood.
Longoria braved the open air in a black athletic tank-top paired with figure hugging leggings.

Longoria rounded out her look with a pair of Adidas sneakers perfect for her morning power walk.
On Thursday, Eva conducted a joint livestream with Jane The Virgin star Jaime Camil, while the pair remained socially isolated at their homes.

During the stream, the Devious Maids star remarked on the national toilet paper shortage and insisted that panic buying amid the global crisis is not the answer.
‘You don’t need 75 rolls of toilet paper! You don’t need 75 portions of chicken! If you buy all the hand sanitiser, there won’t be any more for anyone else. And that’s how the virus spreads!’
Eva added: ‘Now is a time to stay home. But also to be kind to others. Check on your elderly neighbour to see if they have food. Cook them something and take it round. Just wear gloves!’

The Instagram Live came two days after Eva and her husband José Bastón were spotted venturing out with their son Santiago, 21 months, for a walk through the park in Beverly Hills.
During the outing, she stopped to pose for a picture with her young son, which she later shared to her Instagram story.
‘’Out for some fresh air and then right back inside!!,’ captioned the actress, who wanted her fans and followers to know that her and her family were still dedicated to safety amid the coronavirus.

Longoria recently returned from a film shoot in Italy, the center of the COVID-19 pandemic in Europe. She arrived for shooting on February 20.
The actress was staying in Castel Gandolfo, a medieval town 25 kilometers away from the capital, and was pictured running through the woods while shooting a scene.
Near the end of February, Eva assured her Instagram followers that she was all right since she was not in northern Italy, where the virus first became a major concern.
‘Hi everybody. I am shooting in this small town in Italy. I am nowhere near the North, thank you for your concerns,’ she said.
‘Everyone was calling and texting me about the coronavirus in the north of Italy. It’s really sad, but we’re further away.’
