His new release comes after the latest scrap in his longtime custody battle over his seven-year-old daughter Ava with his ex-wife Sonni Pacheco.

Jeremy, who made $20 million from last year’s Avengers: Endgame, filed to have his child support payments reduced from what he says is about $30,000 a month.

The Hurt Locker Oscar nominee theorized in his court documents that $11,000 would be enough to cover his daughter’s ‘reasonable needs’ each month.

Jeremy argued that the production shutdowns brought about by the coronavirus pandemic have reduced his income to the point he should be able to pay Sonni less.

He said the child support has become Sonni’s ‘slush fund’ for her legal battle with him and posh lifestyle, TMZ reported citing court documents.

She exclusively responded to his allegations to DailyMail.com, accusing him of ‘yet another attempt to reduce funds I rely on to provide for our child.’

In October Sonni, who was married to Jeremy for about a year, accused him of mental and emotional abuse and of drug use in the house Ava lives in part time.

Sonni has also claimed Jeremy threatened suicide at home, later firing a gun into the ceiling with Ava asleep in the house, among other explosive allegations.

Jeremy has staunchly denied the accusations and insisted that Sonni only made them in order to squeeze money out of him, according to TMZ.

He claimed to have refuted Sonni’s drug claims with three months of random testing and argued that she times her allegations to coincide with his film releases.
