‘Hey guys, if you’re in self-isolation or quarantine right now and you haven’t been working out at home, that’s about to change,’ Kelly told fans in the clip.

The brunette bombshell said she has the ‘perfect workout for your legs and butt’ that requires no equipment ‘but a lot of repetitions’.

Kelly began by performing a series of ‘spider kicks’ – a movement that sees one in plank position and using one leg to step out in front and then back.

On all fours, Kelly then performed a series of ‘donkey kicks’ and ‘donkey pulses’.

For the donkey kick, the glamazon raised one leg to ninety degrees behind her and then back, before holding in the ninety degree position and pulsing.

‘Fire hydrants’ saw Kelly again on all fours, this time raising one leg out to the side, while at a ninety degree angle, and then returning to the starting position.

Also working on the abdominals, Kelly took viewers through a series of ‘straight leg kickouts’.

Kelly, who has walked the Victoria’s Secret runway five times, told Vogue Australia in November 2018 that she complements her exercise regimen with a balanced diet.

‘I was never introduced to bad, unhealthy foods, so for me it’s just natural to eat very healthy,’ she said.

‘I eat lots of fish, all vegetables except potatoes, I love slow-release carbs like oatmeal for breakfast, yogurt and lots of berries and fruits.’
