Out and about: Christine, 41, and Frank Lampard, 41, appeared in good spirits as they chatted with police officers on patrol during an outing in London on Thursday

Also sporting white trainers, the TV star completed her look by letting her brunette locks fall loose down her shoulders.

Meanwhile, Frank, 41, also went for a laid back look as he wore a black jacket with matching tracksuit bottoms and white trainers.

The couple got some fresh air amid the lockdown and had their adorable daughter dressed in a baby pink coat.

It comes after Christine broke down in tears on Thursday’s Loose Women as she spoke about the sacrifice her NHS nurse friend was making.

The television presenter was trying to thank her friend Rachel Small for working on the frontline when her voice began to falter.

Overcome with emotion, Christine asked Stacey Solomon to take over, while Nadia Sawalha and Brenda Edwards sent her virtual hugs in the special episode.

Christine said her friend from childhood works as a nurse in an intensive care unit at Ulster Hospital in Dundonald, Northern Ireland.

She said: ‘I want to give every bit of love I possibly can to my sister’s best friend. A girl I have known since she was a little girl. Her name is Rachel Small.

‘This is a young girl, same age as my sister in her late 30s. She’s a daughter, wife, mother of two young boys and there she is going to work every day.

‘It gets me emotional thinking about it as they’re putting their lives at risk all the time, for us.’

Struggling through tears, Christine went on: ‘I just get so emotional every time I think about it.

‘I find it so difficult to think they have to worry about their little children and yet all I have to do is stay inside my house and it just puts it all into perspective.

‘I told her I wasn’t going to cry today, take over Stacey.’

The ITV daytime show, which has been suspended during the coronavirus pandemic, returned for a special episode where the panel and celebrity friends shared their love for NHS heroes from their homes.
