Millie Bobby Brown, 16, shows off her incredible new smile

Millie Bobby Brown showed off her incredible new smile after having her teeth transformed by the dentist on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon on Wednesday. 

The 16-year-old had lovely teeth before, but has opted to go for a straighter look and may have possibly had her teeth whitened. 

It is generally encouraged that men should wait until they are aged 18 and women should wait until they are aged 16 to have porcelain veneers.

The jaw and bones around that area are still continuiung to develop in teenage years so veneers may need to be replaced in later years if they are fitted in a young person.

Millie’s dental transformation shows her teeth looking whiter and it looks as though she could have used Invisalign, near invisible braces, to straighten her teeth out. 

It’s possible that she could have had veneers placed onto her incisors in order to change the shape. 

Millie has not discussed the changes to her teeth, but MailOnline has contacted a spokesperson for the actress for further information.  

Meanwhile, Millie did not appear to enjoy Jimmy Fallon’s socially distanced round of the ‘Whisper Challenge’ on Wednesday night 

While the game is typically played with noise-canceling headphones, the 45-year-old talk show host and Stranger Things star had to play a bit differently on the at-home version of The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.  

Over their Zoom chat, the pair switched between muting their computers and guessing what the other person was singing. 

For the first performance, she sang the track Don’t Start Now and shimmied, immediately promptly Fallon to identify Dua Lipa’s lead single off her upcoming album Future Nostalgia. 

As the father-of-two tried to portray Lewis Capaldi’s Someone You Loved, the Emmy winner looked utterly confused.  

‘You look insane!’ she joked, before pointing out his goofy expressions. ‘You look like you’re singing like Post Malone would sing.’

As she attempted to get him to stop making the same mouth shape, Fallon pivoted the game into charades. 

‘This is so dumb,’ she declared with her hands on her face, after wrongly guessing Lose You to Love Me. 

During the final round, Brown stood up and danced to Despacito, but Fallon guessed thought the lyrics said: ‘nice pants, dude.’ 

In an attempt to speed up the game, she went syllable-by-syllable until he guessed the hit remix with Justin Bieber.

Earlier on the show, while still wearing a pair of jean shorts and a tie-dye shirt, she introduced the host to her new poodle puppy. 

‘I’ve got a dog her name is Winnie. She’s a full poodle, she’s four months now. Last night was her first night sleeping in bed with me so she was very happy,’ she said.  

‘I’ve got her to be my like little something from home, because I’m always traveling, so it’s nice to have something there for me when I’m on the road. 

Explaining that she was a big hit with her co-stars, she said: ‘She came to the Stranger Things read through and she was spoiled, so I think she has plenty of godmothers and godfathers.’

Millie also revealed that like many other shows Stranger Things has completely halted filming until the threat of the coronavirus pandemic has gone.

She said: ‘We stopped filming, we already shot two weeks in Lithuania, not me but the crew. We were just about to get into but for everyone’s safety we have stopped.’

‘We’re ready to go as soon as this is all over!’

Millie also revealed how she has been keeping busy while in isolation at her family home, which included spending time in the studio with her brother.
