And on Sunday, the reality TV couple went out for a walk in Watsons Bay in Sydney’s eastern suburbs to ‘keep sane’ while practicing social distancing.

‘Getting some gammas and steps in together,’ he captioned the post, referencing gamma rays from the sun.

‘Fresh air, sunshine and exercise keep me sane hope you guys are finding a balance with your social distancing.’

In the snap, Anna wore black tights and a white top that was tied to give it a cropped look with pair cat-eye sunglasses.

Meanwhile, Tim also wore aviator sunglasses and showed off his toned body as he went shirtless on what was a sunny and warm day in Sydney.

‘If you’ve got a problem that you can’t solve because of financial hardship or something due to the current climate, I want you to put it up here. I’m going to put a box and you can write it in,’ he said on his Instagram Story.

‘Then I’m going to try and connect you with someone through the audience. I’m going to ask you guys out there if someone can help, if someone has a company, business, or person they want to help.’

The former Bachelor promised to give businesses ‘a big shoutout’ to his 198,000 Instagram followers if they step up to help someone.

Last week, Tim posted an adorable collection of pictures of himself and Anna enjoying a prawn cocktail at home

‘Pretending we are somewhere more fancy than our living room. This is the longest I’ve been able to stay home in Syd for a long while and she’s not sick of me so that has got to be good,’ he captioned the post.

Tim, who stars on Neighbours, flew back to Sydney from Melbourne after production on the soap opera was halted due to COVID-19 last month.
