The upcoming movie – formally titled Venom: Let There Be Carnage – now has a release date of June 25, 2021, according to Variety.

It’s the latest major release its studio Sony has delayed as America remains in a state of lockdown, as it previously delayed the releases of film such as the Marvel film Morbius  and Ghostbusters: Afterlife.

The outing comes after it was announced Tom is returning to CBeebies show, Bedtime Stories, for one week.

Since the last time he appeared on the show to read a story each night, he has pulled in one million views on BBC IPlayer with his soothing tones.
