The new trailer for the final episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians follows the family coping with the current coronavirus pandemic.
The teaser follows the Kardashian clan entering isolation as the virus sweeps across the globe, with Kim kicking off the teaser by saying: ‘The Whitehouse has said that the coronavirus is serious.’
While most TV shows have halted production, Kim and the family have been able to keep up with filming, thanks to Zoom, Facetime and phones.

The trailer flashes to Los Angeles’ deserted highway, with a news voiceover saying: ‘The city of Los Angeles has issued a stay at home order. No public gatherings will be allowed.’
As the brood are forced to isolate in their separate mansions, Scott Disick, 36, tells the camera: ‘I’m starting to get a little stir crazy’, while Kim, 39, shares a chaotic clip at home telling fans: ‘This is what my homeschool is like’.
During a Zoom call with the family, Scott asks if Khloe, 35, has rekindled her romance with ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson.

As the weeks go on, Kris breaks down in tears when Khloe comes to visit but the pair are unable to hug due to social distancing measures.
The momager sobs: ‘Khloe I miss you I wish I could hug you’, to which her third eldest daughter replies: ‘I do too’.

Kylie Jenner, 22, also fights back tears as she tells the camera someone ‘so close to home’ tested positive for the virus.
‘It’s just scary when someone so close to home has tested positive,’ she says in an grim tone.
The teaser ends with the voiceover: ‘This is an act of love for the city of love’, in reference to Los Angeles’ residents staying at home to save lives.
Khloe concludes: ‘We’re all going to get through this’.
