DIRECTOR’S DEALS: Anglo American boss Mark Cutifani awarded stock worth £3.3m
The chief executive of Anglo American has been awarded stock worth £3.3million at current prices under a long-term performance scheme.
Mark Cutifani will be given the 226,879 shares in 2025 if he and the firm hit targets.
The Australian businessman, 61, has led the FTSE 100-listed miner, which bought Sirius Minerals this year, since 2013.
