Petra Ecclestone is pampered on dad Bernie’s £28m yacht in Croatia

Petra Ecclestone enjoyed a pamper session on her father Bernie’s £28million yacht on Tuesday before jetting out of Croatia with her family.

Earlier this month, the heiress, 31, arrived in her mother’s native country with her family and has been luxuriating amid the coronavirus pandemic yet she is now headed back to her home in LA alongside her fiancé Sam Palmer and her kids.

The stunner was spotted kicking back with a protective face mask in place while various aides tended to her before she was seen leaving the vessel while Sam held their baby’s car seat.

Petra has been loving life in the idyllic backdrop alongside her daughter Lavinia, seven, and twin boys Andrew and James, five, who she shares with her ex-husband James Stunt, and her and Sam’s newborn daughter.

They have been living it up alongside her beloved sister Tamara, her husband Jay Rutland, 39, and their daughter Sophia, six.

The sisters have been lucky enough to have their father’s yacht at their disposal. The 176ft yacht, which boasts six cabins, is named Petara – after Bernie’s daughters – with her name being an amalgamation of the Petra and Tamara’s name.

As they prepared to leave on Tuesday, Petra looked incredibly trendy in a pair of tie-dye cycling shorts and a white tee as she combined comfy and stylish.

Ahead of Petra’s departure, Tamara revealed she’d been crying non-stop after saying goodbye. Sharing a selfie with Petra and Sophia on Instagram, Tamara voiced her worries about when they would be able to reunite again due to the pandemic.

Tamara wrote: ‘Puffy eyes from crying so much. So hard to say goodbye it’s always hard but this time especially so with the uncertainty of not knowing when we will see each other next and when we can get to LA.

‘So quiet with out you and the kids Fifi is so sad it breaks my heart…

‘I keep telling her how lucky she is to have you and her cousins and to have spent this precious time together. We love you so much and cannot wait to be able to be together again I really hope soon. Missing my best friend.’

Sam, 31, took to Instagram to share a snap wearing a black face mask as he prepared to board a private jet alongside Petra and the children.

The recruitment consultant wrote: ‘After 4 months a global pandemic, a new baby and 2 different countries…. We are finally on our way home..’

During their time abroad, Tamara shared several snaps of enjoying a dip in the sea and them exploring Croatia together.

However it has not all been plain sailing, as earlier this month, the star hit out at her critics after being slammed for taking her family to Croatia amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Tamara penned a lengthy caption reading: ‘Clearly this virus hasn’t changed some people for the better which is a bit of a shame. For those of you that are confused or just bitter. I didn’t leave the house at all during lockdown…

‘I didn’t even go to the park or exercise. I am half-Croatian so decided it would be best, safest to come here, which is not forbidden and I am now following the rules in Croatia. As for the home school questions, a return to school was option…

‘We chose to continue to home school Fifi she is doing better than ever and has gone up two reading bands. If I am not mistaken no one is obliged to follow me so you know what to do.’
