She previously won hearts on the fourth series of Ex On The Beach after reuniting with ex Chet, who romantically described her as ‘the one who got away’. 

They welcomed their first child in November after Helen endured a 22-hour labour.

The reality star, 24, welcomed a baby girl into the world in the early hours of November 11, weighing 6.8lbs.

Chet said watching his partner ‘go through what she did’ made him aware of ‘how strong women really are’ as he announced the news by sharing a heartwarming snap of his newborn daughter clutching his finger via his Instagram page.  

He wrote: ‘No words can describe this. Watching @bleuu go through what she did has made me realise how strong she is and how strong woman really are. 

’22 hours later at 1:20am on the 11/11/19 my little girl was born 6.8 pounds. Thank you to EVERY SINGLE one of your kind messages it means the world to us and it don’t go unnoticed. It’s a new world for all 3 of us now [sic].’
