And Chloe Sims showed off the results of her gruelling workouts as she led the reality stars at a restaurant launch in Muswell Hill, London, on Saturday night.
The TOWIE veteran, 37, was joined by former co-stars Joey Essex and Vas J Morgan, as well as Jeff Brazier’s son Bobby, 17, at the glitzy event.

Chloe put on an eye-popping display in a floral gown with a very plunging neckline and ruffled detailing.
The reality star finished her look with a pair of Champagne-coloured heeled sandals and gold hooped earrings.
Chloe styled her blonde locks into a sleek blow-dried hairdo and added a slick of glamorous make-up.
The reality star appeared in great spirits as she enjoyed a night out with Joey and Vas at The Broadway bar and restaurant.

Chloe recently admitted her ‘biggest regret in life is wasting precious time on men’ and is ‘fully single’ after split from Pamela Anderson’s ex Adil Rami.
In May, Chloe reflected on her turbulent love life as she wrote on Instagram: ‘KNOW YOUR WORTH.. THEN DOUBLE IT.
‘At this point in my life & in the current situation my biggest regret in life is wasting precious time.. on men! For the first time in my adult life I’m fully single & comfortable with my status.
‘Even when I appeared to be single in the past I normally wasn’t, or at least would be taking to someone. When men made a move I’d know they wasn’t for me but would be like ‘”it might work” but not now!!!

‘I’ve excepted that times have changed esp when it comes to relationships and unless someone is perfect for me & is 100% I’m not interested, I’d rather be single than be treated the way I’ve been treated in the past.’ [sic]
Back in October, the blonde enjoyed her first date with Pamela Anderson’s ex Adil at London celeb hotspot The Chiltern Firehouse, with the footballer flying in from France just to see her.

Speaking to MailOnline at the time, the TV star branded her ‘beautiful’ love interest a ‘gentleman’ and jokingly declared she no longer needs dating apps to pursue relationships.
On their glitzy first date, she enthused: ‘We had a really nice date. It was a perfect date. He was a gentleman and we are going to be seeing each other again in a few weeks. He was beautiful in person. We’ve been speaking for a while.’
Prior to that Chloe faced heartbreak when her brief fling Dan Edgar went crawling back to his ex, Amber Turner.
The mother-of-one also had a well publicised on-off relationship with Elliott Wright, but they split in 2015, with Elliott saying at the time: ‘I spend more time with my kids than she thought I did – and she couldn’t handle it’.
