90 Day Fiance star Darcey Silva, 46, announces engagement to Georgi Rusev, 32: ‘Our future is so great!’
She’s scanned the globe in attempts to find the man of her dreams.
And Darcey Silva was happy to announce that she’s finally engaged to Georgi Rusev, according to People magazine.
The 90 Day Fiance star revealed that the couple became engaged earlier this year, but had kept the news private until they could properly celebrate amid the global COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic.

‘I still feel newly engaged. I haven’t been able to really celebrate it yet with everybody. I want to be able to shout it to the world,’ Silva said.
‘It was definitely a total surprise for me. Georgi and I have a very deep connection, and I feel like in that moment I was not expecting it at all.’
Darcey, 46, and Georgi, 32, moved in together earlier this year at the onset of the pandemic, which made it difficult for him to plan the perfect proposal.

‘It was really hard to find the ring, make calls, make the reservation for the boat, for dinner,’ Rusev said.
The couple connected on social media last year and finally met face-to-face in Miami during Super Bowl weekend.
Silva said their connection was ‘instant. ‘It felt like a very comfortable, warm feeling and like that feeling of home.’

‘The most important [thing] is we understand each other and we have each other’s backs,’ Rusev said. ‘We feel very secure with each other.’
Silva added: ‘Everybody’s going to have their issues from time to time, but if we can communicate and talk through that, that’s what I’ve always wanted in a relationship.’

Fans have watched Darcey’s quest for love through the years on 90 Day, which first featured her long-distance at-times tumultuous romance with Jesse Meester.
Their romance ended in an episode which aired in September 2018 and Darcey pursued a relationship with Tom, only for that relationship to end late last year.
‘I’ve always wanted a partner in life where you can raise each other up and not shoot each other down,’ she said. ‘I decided the next relationship I got in, I would say what I want.
‘We’re able in the end to work it all out, rise above and stay strong for the love that we know we share because our future is so great.’
