She may be British born and bred, but that didn’t stop Kate Beckinsale from encouraging her American fans to get out and vote in the election.
The actress, 47, found a novel way to tell her followers to have their say, as she posed in a custom gold ‘VOTE’ bra in a series of snaps on her Instagram on Friday.
Kate posed up a storm beside the fireplace in the unique garment, which she wore with a black crop top, glitzy gloves and cream wide-legged trousers.

Kate’s eye-catching ensemble showcased her washboard abs, which were on full display thanks to her statement bra.
She wore her brunette locks in a bouncy voluminous style and sported a full face of make-up for the impromptu photo shoot at home.
Kate even playfully warned her fans not to stand too close to an open fire while wearing a metal bra.

She captions the sizzling snaps: ‘I can’t vote due to being British but I CAN wear a custom golden VOTE bra and encourage you to.
‘In fact please vote on my behalf. If the voter registration deadline has passed, you can still register to vote in person at a designated Election Day Registration office.
‘Contact your Local Election Office if you have any questions. Check your state for details.
‘Also do not wear a metal bra next to an open fire for an extended period of time.’
