Emily Seebohm now the sole owner of the Brisbane home she bought with ex Mitch Larkin

Competitive swimmer Emily Seebohm is now the sole owner of the Brisbane home she once shared with her ex-boyfriend, fellow swimmer Mitch Larkin.

The Hendra property that was once jointly owned by the Olympian duo is ‘now solely in her name’, according to realestate.com.au.

The high-profile couple split in 2018 amid allegations he cheated on her.

The four-bedroom, three-bathroom home was purchased by the athletic couple for $1.375million in 2017. 

The property features a double garage, hardwood floors throughout, a pool and a wine cellar beneath the stairs.

Meanwhile, another Hendra property once owned by two-time Olympic gold medal winner Seebohm, 29, is set to go under the hammer again this weekend. 

The three-bedroom Flemington Street investment property was sold by Emily for $790,000 in 2019.

She had paid $590,000 for the home in 2012.

Emily and Mitch, 27, had been together for nearly three years before their acrimonious break-up in 2018.

In a more recent split, Seebohm parted ways with Brisbane radio host David ‘Luttsy’ Lutteral earlier this year. 

As reported by The Courier Mail in March, the couple’s ‘differing lifestyles’ caused the break-up, after they first got together in late 2019.

Emily and Luttsy, 44, are believed to have split sometime in February.

The couple were last seen together in December, and the sportswoman has since removed all photos of her ex from her Instagram page.
