Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti has confirmed Gareth Bale is set to return to training in a boost for Wales.
The Welshman has been out of action since early September after suffering a hamstring tear, with his last outing a goalless draw against Estonia in a World Cup qualifier.
Wales are currently third in their group but level on points and have a game in hand over the Czech Republic, who sit above them in second.

Belgium are comfortably top of the group while whoever obtains a second-place finish would advance to the play-offs and still be in with a chance of making the World Cup in Qatar next year.
Real Madrid boss Ancelotti has offered Wales some hope saying Bale will be back in training in the next week and that he could be available for their game against Rayo Vallecano – the last game before the November international fixtures.
Ancelotti said in a press conference, as per Marca, ahead of Wednesday’s game against Osasuna: ‘Gareth Bale has been discharged yesterday and I think that in a week he will be able to train with the team. Maybe he can be (available) against Rayo Vallecano.’

Bale, who spent the last season on loan at Tottenham, had made a bright start in his return to Real Madrid this season.
He started their first three games of the season in which he scored in their 3-3 draw with Levante.
Bale then suffered his hamstring injury which ruled him out of being selected for Wales in October.
Speaking ahead of the international fixtures in October, Wales boss Rob Page said: ‘You grade hamstring injuries from one to four and his is nearer the four.

‘So it’s quite a significant hamstring tear. We’ve been in close contact with him to see how it’s progressing but this camp has come too soon for him.
‘Originally it might have been progressing into November’s camp, that’s the significance of the injury.’
Wales have two games at home next month, the first against Belarus on November 13 and a tricky fixture against Belgium three days later.
