Once a person’s Beats Fit Pro are paired with a device, they can remove them from the charging case and they activate instantly – the earbuds will automatically connect to a smartphone as soon as one is removed from the charging case.

The charging case is more of a square design, compared to the oval-shaped Beats Studio Buds, and provides 21 additional hours of batter life when full charged.

Beats Fit Pro, however, deliveries up to six hours of listening per earbud when ANC or Transparency are activated and in Adaptive EQ mode, each earbud has seven hours of listening time and a total of 30 hours with the case.

Users can get a quick five-minute Fast Fuel charge which offers one hour of playback.

This is all compared to the up eight hours of listening time with the Beats Studio Buds, along with 24 hours of playback with the pocket-sized charging case.

The ANC is the same used in Beats Fit Pro’s predecessor, which may not be as impressive as other brands like Bose QuietComfort Earbuds for $279 and Sony WF-1000XM4 for $248.

But for $199.99, the quality of Apple’s earbuds could be deemed as impressive.

When a person wants to hear the world around them, they can press and hold the Beats logo on either earbud until a chime is heard – this activates Transparency mode.

When both ANC and Transparency are turned off, Adaptive EQ is enabled. Powered by Apple’s computational audio, the inward-facing microphone in each earbud listens to the sound you are hearing and automatically tunes the low-and mid-frequencies to the shape of your ear for superior sound quality and a consistent listening experience.
