A mum-of-two famous for posting home hacks on TikTok has shared her tip for removing coffee stains from clothing.
Carolina McCauley, from Perth, showed how hot water, vinegar and a splash of dish soap is all you need to banish the stubborn stain and removed a flawless white shirt after 30 minutes of soaking and a regular machine wash.
To begin, Carolina removed all excess coffee with a paper towel before placing it into a heat proof bowl and pouring hot water over the top.

She then pours vinegar into the bowl with the hot water and adds one table spoon of the dish soap.
To finish she allows the shirt to sit in the liquid mixture and soak for up to 30 minutes.
She also suggests using a toothbrush to scrub the stained area, if necessary.
