Magda Szubanski will return for a special edition of Channel Nine quiz show The Weakest Link.

The comedian and actress, 60, will put a slew of Australia’s reality TV stars through their paces as they try to win a cash jackpot of up to $250,000.

Among the stars to test their knowledge against the sharp-tongued and quick-witted host are Married At First Sight’s golden couple Jules Robinson and Cam Merchant.

Australian Ninja Warrior 2021 winner Zak Stolz, LEGO Masters star Kale Frost, and Travel Guides’ father and daughter team Mark and Victoria Fren will also take part.

They will be joined bv Ali Oetjen, of Bachelor and SAS Australia fame, and Love Island Australia’s Erin Barnett.

As with the regular version of the hit game series, the reality TV personalities will need to work together to bank as much prize money as possible.

They will take turns to answer a series of general knowledge questions as they chain their correct answers.

Consecutive correct answers will increase the monetary amount in the bank, while incorrect responses will break the chain and force them to start over at the tier with the least amount of money.

At the end of each round, the stars vote off one contestant deemed to be ‘The Weakest Link’.

The contestant with the highest number of votes will be eliminated, and the process continues until the final two stars face off in a head-to-head battle.
