The EuroMillions Millionaire Maker took place on July 2 but a winner is yet to come forward and claim their prize.
Lottery bosses say the ticket was purchased on Anglesey or in Gwynedd, North Wales and are urging players to check their old numbers.
Andy Carter, of the National Lottery, said: ‘Time really is running out for the winner of this prize, but we are still hopeful that someone will come forward at the very last minute to claim the money.
