But on Thursday the 51-year-old reality TV star – best know for the Real Housewives Of New York – shared a rare snap.
The beauty was posing with her daughter Bryn Hoppy, 11, as well as her fiancé of three years, businessman Paul Bernon.

Over the photo she wrote the word ‘love’ and said there was ‘no glam, no filter.’
This comes after she showed off her bare face with no makeup or filter, and shared that she has opted out of cosmetic enhancements.
‘When we need a wake up, no makeup selfie…. #nofilter,’ wrote the star in her caption.
The sentiment accompanied a duo of close-up selfies that showed Frankel without a trace of foundation, concealer, or any other cosmetics.
The Bravo TV personality continued, ‘I’ll post these for you periodically to remind you that no makeup and natural is as real as we can be.’
The mom-of-one wore a grey winter hat, and the top of a winter coat was visible in the images.
She smiled in the first snapshot, proudly wearing the laugh lines around her mouth.

The second snap cropped out her pout and was angled to highlight her forehead – a move Bethenny made specifically for anticipated naysayers.
She rounded out the caption with a special line for them: ‘PS. For the haters, I gave you a no Botox wrinkled forehead pic as well….just to avoid any confusion.’
