Vicens-Segura claims the men planned on using the vehicle as part of a Jackass-style stunt which would see two people sitting on jet skis, facing opposite directions, and attached by a single bungee cord. They would then speed off to see who would get pulled off their jet ski first.

Vincens-Segura claims a similar feat was done by the Jackass team in the past. The stunt, ‘BMX Tug of War’, was done in the 2002 film Jackass: The Movie.

TMZ reports that Vincens-Segura was ‘asked to hold one of the jet skis steady in the water because of the waves that day,’ which he claims to have done.

However, as the duo stepped on the gas, Steve-O’s bungee cord ‘snapped off the harness attached to his back,’ flew towards Vincens-Segura, and struck him ‘hard on the side of the head.’ The collision allegedly left a huge gash.

He claims to have underwent several medical procedures and was in ‘bad shape’ during his recovery process. He has also incurred several scars.

The incident has also allegedly impacted with his ability to work. Vincens-Segura claims he is unable to work and think clearly.

He claims to still be in pain, suffering and agony over what transpired.
