With an internal area of just 38 square metres, the narrow terrace house at 27 Terry Street, has a price guide of a whopping $1.2million – $1.3million.

Neighbouring homes have been sold for high prices but none over the million dollar mark.  

In 2015, the house next door which is only 2.89 metres wide, sold via auction for $965,000 after it was expected to go for around $700,000.
