Maisie Smith wraps up warm in an oversized Burberry jacket after filming BBC’s Morning Live

Former EastEnders star Maisie Smith cut a casual figure on Wednesday as she left BBC studios in Manchester following her appearance on Morning Live. 

The actress – who had been filming her regular workout segment on the show – wrapped up warm in a chic oversized checked jacket.

Maisie fashioned the Burberry jacket, with large suede pockets, over black leggings and a simple white workout top she wore on the show. 

The former Strictly star was all smiles as she made her way from the studios where she had been busy teaching hosts Kimberley Walsh and Gethin Jones a keep fit dance routine. 

With a bronzed complexion and a glossy lip, the 20-year-old actress wore her red hair back from her face in a low ponytail. 

Maisie accessorised the casual look with a large leopard print sports bag and a pair of chic tortoise shell sunglasses.

The EastEnders actress, who left her role of beloved Tiffany Butcher in the soap back in December, has recently been confirmed to be returning.

In the coming weeks Maisie will appear in one episode, as part of her on screen husband Keegan Butcher-Baker, played by Zack Morris’ exit story. 

The couple’s marriage initially fell apart after Keegan cheated on Tiffany. However her brother Liam then cruelly intervened to prevent the pair from reconciling.

In the first look images of Tiffany’s return, she can be seen sitting beside Keegan on Arthur’s bench. 

Both looking sombre, Tiffany reaches out and takes her ex husband’s hand in a supportive gesture.    

Actor Zack confirmed in February that he would be leaving the role of Keegan, with his final scenes airing this spring. 

‘After five beautiful years on this incredible show, I have made the tough decision to leave Walford and give Keegan Butcher-Baker some well-earned rest,’ he told Digital Spy.
