No wa-wa-wailing! Father comes up with a funny way to stop his baby daughter crying

  • Victor Peoro, from Pennsylvania, recorded the moment a parenting hack worked
  • He stopped his baby from crying by tapping her mouth to make funny sounds
  • His older daughter has a giggle at the adorable moment as she sits beside him
  • The father has previously had creative ways of keeping his children entertained

This father has found a simple yet hilariously effective way of stopping his baby daughter from crying.

Victor Peoro, from Hellertown, Pennsylvania, decided to record the moment one of his parenting hacks worked a treat when his baby was being ‘moody’.

The clip, shared online on April 20, shows the father with his young daughter Olivia, five months, looking rather grouchy as she sits on his lap.

As she pulls a face and looks about to let out a loud wail he starts to tap his finger over her mouth, creates a ‘wah wah’ sound in various different pitches.

The tactic makes his older daughter, Autumn, who is sitting next to Mr Peoro, giggle.

And it certainly seems to distract her younger sister, who starts to smile at the funny sounds she is producing.

Sharing the footage on YouTube, the doting father said: ‘Our daughter was being a bit moody so we had some fun creating sound effects from her wailing.’

The footage has been viewed more that 5,000 times, with viewers hailing it as cute, and one remarking: ‘Now that’s what I call quality time with the kids.’

The Pennsylvania father is no stranger to creative ways to keep his children entertained.

A video from July 2017 showing him bringing the Disneyworld rollercoaster experience to his living room went viral.

It showed Victor putting footage of a Disneyworld ride on television.

He then put his daughter in a blue plastic container, pretending to trundle the little girl up higher and higher through the roller coaster tracks.

The little girl was delighted with the budget-friendly Disneyworld trip, giggling as she enjoyed the makeshift ride.

The dedicated dad and his wife shared the video to GoFundMe and raised thousands of dollars towards a Disneyland trip.

Sharing the footage they wrote: ‘Our daughter would like to go to Disneyworld. Now if you’ve been to Disneyworld you know it costs $5.00 for a 16 oz bottle of water, let alone the ticket price. If you enjoyed our video, please think about making the dream come true!’
