This is the amusing moment Good Morning Britain’s Laura Tobin was interrupted by a mischievous Austrian weatherman live on air.

Laura, 40, was at the Nordkette mountain range in Innsbruck, Austria, to present the weather for the ITV programme live from the country’s largest nature park.

She joined 30 other weather presenters from 20 channels from around the world for the annual International Weather Summit.

However, when Laura attempted to perform her live segment and speak to hosts Kate Garraway and Ben Shephard, she was repeatedly interrupted.

One Austrian weatherman tried to offer her a slice of cake before breaking into song, while another Polish weatherman also started to perform a tune earlier in the show.

‘I’m bringing you the traditional Austrian cake called Sachertorte’, said the Australian weatherman whilst Laura was trying to present the weather.

As she ushered him off the screen, he started breaking out into song.

Viewers were left puzzled by the scenes and took to Twitter to suggest the group of presenters were ‘drunk’.

‘That Polish weatherman is clearly drunk,’ one wrote, while a second added: ‘The Austrian weather guy is p****d.’

‘I’m loving the other European weather presenters in Innsbruck – I want to go to their after party! They look fun!’ said a third.

Viewers also criticised the ‘hypocrisy’ of the weather presenters for travelling to Austria for a summit discussing how to combat climate change.

‘So it’s OK for the weather presenters to fly around the world and then preach about climate change?, one person penned.

In April, Laura was left red-faced on an episode of Good Morning Britain after accidentally suggesting that she and her husband were in an open marriage.

The weather presenter’s on-air blunder saw her blurt out that partner Dean Brown – who has never been pictured – will ‘let me go with anyone’ when discussing who will play Kate Middleton in the upcoming series of The Crown.

Her co-stars Susanna Reid and Ed Balls were left tickled by her remark, with Laura quickly forced to backtrack over what she said.

As they discussed the Netflix hit, Susanna noted that weather presenter Laura bared a resemblance for the Duchess of Cambridge and could audition for the role.

Laura responded: ‘Well I actually have a (daughter) Charlotte so I’m halfway there, I just need two more children. And a husband called William. So if you could work on that, while I do the weather.’

Susanna then asked: ‘What will Dean say?’ with Laura then nonchalantly replying: ‘He’s fine, he’ll let me go with anyone.’

As everyone in the studio burst into fits of giggles, a mortified Laura declared: ‘I don’t mean it like that! Let’s move on to the weather.’
