Sam Bird has secretly married his girlfriend Kailah Casillas after an 18 month engagement.
The Love Island star revealed the happy news in an Instagram post on Monday, revealing the couple had eloped to Gibraltar, in a ceremony planned in just two weeks.
‘The new Mr & Mrs Bird,’ Sam captioned the the post, which showed the happy pair tying the knot during an intimate beach ceremony at Sunborn Gibraltar.

‘Tied the knot in Gibraltar and vlogged the whole trip, link in bio to watch,’ Sam added under the video.
Kailah looked stunning in a simple white silk dress, while her new husband was dapper in a tan suit for the nuptials.
The giddy bride shared the same footage on her social media, and revealed in the caption that they had wed on March 3.
‘We eloped,’ she wrote. ‘I never dreamt of having a big wedding, so we decided to take a trip to Gibraltar and do it the most intimate way possible, just us.’

‘I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with you,’ she gushed over her new husband.
Their vlog opened with the couple revealing they had attempted to plan a big wedding before both deciding they wanted something more intimate and immediate.
After getting help from a wedding planning company, they decided to head to Gibraltar, where they filmed themselves picking up their wedding license before prepping with spray tans and massages.
Sam and Kailah were inspired by John Lennon and Yoko Ono who got married in Gibraltar in 1969.

Sam and Kailah tied the knot on the beach before making things official in the local registry office.
They celebrated with Sam’s two best men who flew in for the occasion, enjoying shots of tequila and a lavish dinner.
Sam announced his engagement to fellow reality star Kailah after eight months of dating in August 2020.
Speaking about their blossoming romance in an April 2020 YouTube video, Kailah explained that she slid into Sam’s DMs in January after a fan contacted her and told her he had been liking her photos.

Sam was coupled up with Georgia Steele on Love Island back in 2018.
The couple split months after leaving the ITV dating show – as Sam accused her of cheating with an ex-boyfriend.
