And Kimberley Walsh shared two very different photos on Sunday after completing her run, adding the caption ‘Instagram vs reality.’
The former Girls Aloud star, 38, looked fresh faced in the first snap with large black Ray Ban aviators on and a grainy vintage filter over the top.

However, the second unfiltered snap showed the beauty sporting a very red face, a much more realistic appearance post run.

The singer took part in the entire workout as she showcased her toned figure in a white crop top and black gym leggings.
