Panera is giving parents free unlimited coffee in honor of National Coffee Day.
The chain announced today that in honor of the caffinated holiday, parents who visit or use the drive-through on September 29 can get a free cup of coffee — and another, and another.
Patrons need only to tell the cashier that they are a parent or caregiver to get the too-good-to-be-true deal.

‘Whether you are toddler parents, tween parents, teenage parents, older parents, foster parents, tired parents, stressed parents or happy parents, you’ve had the realization that it’s going to take more than one cup of coffee to get you through certain days,’ Eduardo Luz, Panera’s Chief Brand & Concept Officer, said in a press release.
‘We are excited to celebrate parents this National Coffee Day by giving them something they can really appreciate: unlimited coffee from Panera.’
The special deal also offers a taste of the chain’s coffee subscription service, which provides unlimited coffee for $8.99 a month.
To sweeten the deal, Panera is also giving away enormous Panera Jump Start Jugs, oversized water bottles that can be filled with an incredible amount of iced coffee.

The limited-edition jugs, 450 of which can be claimed online today through September 29, feature ‘humorous “sip statements” … on the side of the bottle reminding parents “they’re not alone” with every sip.’
The 5 a.m. cup is labeled the ‘foot-in-the-face wake-up call,’ 10 a.m. is ‘naptime negotiation,’ 6 p.m. is ‘dinnertime shenanigans,’ and 10 p.m. is ‘five minutes for me.’
Meanwhile, Pret a Manger is offering customers the rare chance to get a whole month of free coffee.
The chain recently launched a Pret Coffee Subscription in the US, which allows customers to order five coffee or tea drinks every day for just $19.99 per month.

Dunkin’ is also giving away free coffee in honor of National Coffee Day to some customers.
DD Perks members can snag a free medium iced or hot coffee with their purchase that Wednesday.
