Ruby Tuesday Matthews has revealed she’s purchased a new home with her fiancé Shannan Dodd.
The 26-year-old influencer shared the exciting news on Instagram and asked fans for tips as she prepares to begin renovations.
‘So guys ….. we did a thing ….. we bought a HOUSE !!!!! Let the renovations begin,’ she wrote.

Ruby continued: ‘We have a bit to do but she’s got great bones and floorboards!’

Properties prices in Byron Bay have skyrocketed a whopping 30 per cent since stars like Chris Hemsworth have flocked to the popular NSW tourist town.
Fitness entrepreneur Lorna Jane Clarkson purchased the Byron Bay estate where Margot Robbie secretly married her husband Tom Ackerley in 2016 in March last year.
Lorna Jane spent $14 million on the four-bedroom home, which features a swimming pool, sweeping hinterland views, a barn and its own dam, reported The Courier Mail at the time.
The property last sold for $6.2 million in 2018.

Meanwhile, fellow fashion mogul, Rip Curl surfwear founder Brian Singer, purchased a Wategos Beach home in October 2020 for $22 million.
The transaction set a record for Byron Bay and for the North Coast when Singer bought the place from recruitment industry boss Geoff Morgan and his wife Ros.
Lesser known names like property investors James Dawson and Anthony Pangallo are also helping to fuel the region’s rising house prices.
