Ciara and husband Russell Wilson, 31, announced on Instagram in January that they’re expecting their second child together, her third.

According to the CDC, it’s not specifically known if pregnant women are more susceptible to the disease known as COVID-19.

But they do experience immunologic and physiologic changes, which might make them more vulnerable to viral respiratory infections, including COVID-19.

The postponement comes after it was announced that popular Austin tech/film/music festival SXSW has been cancelled for the first time in its 34-year history.

Austin Mayor Steve Adler declared a local disaster over the outbreak Friday, issuing an order to cancel the festival.
